What is Uprintis Internship Program

Uprintis Indonesia intership is a 6-month program for undergraduate students or early fresh graduates to develop their career by building their expertise and enhacing their impact on women empowerment.

Who we are looking for?

  • University students or recent graduate looking to gain experience and insights in working in a startup environment and building their career
  • Interested and passionate about women empowerment
  • Self starter with a creative mindset
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Able to commit to a 6-month internship period

Curriculum Team

Business Development

  • Plan for Market research
  • Looking for new customer opportunities and maintaining relationships
  • Collaborate with other divisions to meet market or client needs
  • Prepare and present the company’s business development plan
  • Conduct research on the company’s business development on a regular basis
  • Understand the company’s products, competitors, and business position in the market
  • Work closely with the sales department to get promising new prospective clients or customers

Social Media Specialist

  • Analyze and evaluate audience response on social media
  • Interact with audiences on social media
  • Build and strengthen brand comunity identity
  • Planning event strategy
  • Maintain comunity brand credibility and maintain customer/members trust
  • Create a social media content plan that is in accordance with the goals and brand identity
  • Create a social media content plan in accordance with the goals and comunity identity
  • Make reports on the insight and response development
  • Keeping up with social media trends.
  • Provide direction to the design team regarding visual content that has been created.

Community development

  • Analyzing community member structures, procedures, process, and the utilization of recoueces
  • Designing and implementing a variet of developmental initiatives, action plans, programs, and training materials.
  • Interviewing personnel and facilitating targeted skills developments initiatives
  • Consulting with the human resources department to guide the utilization, development, or hiring of personnel
  • Leading business optimization initiatives by conducting individual or group training sessions for personnel
  • Contributing to the restructurung of departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives
  • Optimizing personnel utilization by increasing cross-functionality and interdepartmental cooperation

Finance Team

  • create monthly report

Marketing Analyst

  • Develop an understanding of customer behaviours, identifying trends
  • Deliver accurate insight and identify areas of opportunity to drive improvements/developments
  • ROI analysis to understand the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Supporting with the design and implementations of customer surveys and analysis of the results
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital channels using Google Analytics
  • Monitor competitor activity to feed in to future planning
